Egypt: new daily publishes on the internet

The Al-Sha’b website reports that the newspaper Al-Masriyun, meaning The Egyptians, has published an edition in Cairo over the Internet.  The daily is an independent newspaper exclusively devoted to Egyptian affairs.   The paper’s staff hopes that Al-Masriyun will become a distinguished addition to the Egyptian press and will serve as a live bridge between Egyptians at home and abroad.
